We are working on revolutionizing the way Amazonians work and collaborate. Our team is on a mission to transform productivity through the power of advanced generative AI pursuit of this mission we are seeking a motivated Technical Program Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving the development and implementation of our key projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of AI/ML technologies a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale complex technical projects excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of complex cross-functional AI integration projects.
- Collaborate with engineering teams product managers and stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables
- Manage project timelines resources and risks ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and status reports for executive leadership
- Drive technical decision-making processes and facilitate resolution of technical issues
- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into existing Amazon tools and workflows
- Champion best practices in program management and drive continuous improvement
- 3 years of technical product or program management experience
- 2 years of software development experience
- 3 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 3 years of working directly with engineering teams experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
