Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Director AI Programs & Delivery Lead. This position has a primary location of Titusville NJ but is also open to Springhouse PA; New Brunswick NJ; and Boston MA. This position will require up to 25% travel.

We are looking for an AI Programs & Delivery Lead who will be responsible for the seamless high-quality execution of AI programmatic experiences across J&J R&D ensuring programs are delivered with scale consistency and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of all AI learning experiences including workshops onboarding executive sessions and hands-on training events.
• Liaise with key partners across L&D IT Legal and Comms as well as with external vendors to ensure smooth execution and platform readiness.
• Own and maintain the execution roadmap including quarterly training calendars launch schedules and event timelines.
• Oversee logistics from end to end: registration flows scheduling materials live support and follow-up.
• Track and report operational KPIs and adoption metrics including attendance satisfaction completion rates post-session engagement and early indicators of behavior change.
• Identify and address execution challenges proactively - using feedback and data to continuously optimize both the learner experience and operational delivery.
  
  Qualifications:

• A minimum education level or a Masters degree or MBA is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in healthcare pharmaceutical biotech or life sciences is required.
• Proven experience in program management training operations or large-scale capability-building is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation skills particularly to senior-level stakeholders is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and engage with cross-functional teams is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex logistics across global teams.
• Digital savviness in sharing information and leveraging digital tools for communication is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $160000 - $276000
