Location: Lino Lakes MN

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour depending on experience level

Shift: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-1:30am

Employment Type: Full time direct hire

About this Opportunity:

The CNC Milling Machinist / Programmer will help achieve the companys mission of providing customers with superior products that exceed their expectations. This requires us to support customer needs from a range of production processes including high volume production to rapid product development while using the shortest lead-time.

Type of equipment: Haas Robodrill Mazak vertical mills Kitamura.

What Youll Be Doing:

Programming - Create and optimize CNC mill programs using Mastercam to ensure efficient accurate and timely production of parts.

Setup and Operation - Perform setups and operate CNC milling machines ( Haas Robodrill Mazak Kitamura) to produce components according to specifications.

Quality Control - Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet tight tolerances and customer specifications.

Training - Train and mentor CNC operators providing guidance on machine setup programming and maintenance

Troubleshooting - Identify and resolve machining issues tool wear or programming challenges to maintain high-quality standards.

Maintenance - Conduct routine machine maintenance to ensure reliability and longevity of equipment.
