Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Service Manager Childrens Home
Location: Kidsgrove Staffordshire
Salary:up to 18000 in performance-related bonuses
Working Hours: Full-time
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: Children & Young People (EBD Trauma Neglect CSE CCE PSB)
Qualifications Required:
NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young Peoples Workforce
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
Experience in Years Required:
5 years in residential childcare
2 years in staff supervision and management
Employment Type: Permanent

Ofsted Rating: Targeted Good or Outstanding
Ratio of staff to children: High staff-to-child support ratio
