A sign-on bonus of $15000 is offered to candidates with two or more years of relevant experience. Candidates with less than two years of experience are eligible for a $10000 sign-on bonus

Position Details:

• Multiple FTEs Available
• Shifts Available:Day/Night Rotation Day/PM Rotation or Nights only. Every third weekend and rotating holidays
• Shift Differentials:PM $2.50/hour Nights $4.00/hour Weekends - $3.00/hour
• Location: La Crosse Wisconsin

What Youll Do:

• Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes
• Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop implement and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings

What Youll Receive:

• A sign-on bonus of$15000is offered to candidates withtwo or more years of relevant experience. Candidates with less than two years of experience are eligible for a $10000 sign-on bonus
• Starting rate of $30.85/hr more for experience
• Up to $15000 in relocation assistance(for candidates with 1 year of RT experience who meet relocation guidelines)

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) National Board for Respiratory Care
• Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) State of Wisconsin
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) within 2 years of hire
• Current Infant-Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers
