Job Description

Represent clients in civil litigation defense matters from case intake through resolution
Handle discovery depositions motion practice mediations and trial preparation
Draft pleadings briefs and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
Appear in court as needed and communicate directly with clients
Manage caseload independently while also collaborating with senior attorneys
Contribute to firm strategy case development and long-term client relationships

Qualifications

Licensed attorney with the State Bar of California (required)
Minimum 1 year of civil litigation defense experience
Strong research writing and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Trial experience or genuine interest in trial work is a plus
