Job Description
Title: Finance and Administrative Coordinator
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and education
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Oklahoma City OK
Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for administrative financial and other various office tasks within the Administration unit.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Organize and track agency inventory to include computers software furniture and vehicles.
Surplus furniture and equipment as needed.
Assist in day-to-day office operations to include purchasing and various projects.
Setting up and organizing offices furniture and computer equipment for new hires.
Checking-in computer equipment credentials etc. for departing employees.
Work with employees to book travel reservations and process travel reimbursements.
Purchasing Accounts payable and Accounts receivable.
Order office furniture and supplies as requested.
Manage facilities maintenance requests for various locations.
Other administrative and finance duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Strong communication organization and multi-tasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to obtain State Certified Purchasing Officer (CPO) within one year.
