Position Summary: Under the supervision of an RN performs basic patient care activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Certifications
- 75 Hour CNA Certification (must show proof of cert upon hire) required
- American Heart Association BLS (may be obtained upon hire)
