Job Summary
Job Title: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Location: Saratoga Springs NY
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)
Shift: Nights 3x12 Hours
Travel Weekly Gross: $1941.84 for 36 hours
Local Candidates: Not Accepted (50-mile radius restriction applies)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team for a crisis evaluation role. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to supporting patients in critical situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct crisis evaluations and provide immediate support/interventions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop appropriate care and safety plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Provide resources referrals and follow-up care coordination as needed.
Work every other weekend and on holidays as scheduled.
Requirements:
Active NY LMSW license (in hand).
3 years of current crisis evaluation experience preferred.
BLS Certification (Basic Life Support).
Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays as scheduled.
