Senior Designer - Communications

As a Senior Communication Designer at Razorpay you will play a critical role in creating visually compelling and engaging content to effectively communicate our brand message and product offerings. We are looking for a talented professional with 4-5 years of experience in motion design who can independently handle various aspects of video production and guide the team on motion design projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about design has a keen eye for detail and possesses excellent technical skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communication Designer with expertise in motion design to join our dynamic team.

What do we expect from you

• You have a great understanding of design patterns color theory typography illustrations and iconography with relentless attention to detail and consistency.
• You can work on branding projects marketing campaigns and social media video collaterals. You have a strong grasp of visualizing data.
• Ability to generate clear ideas concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
• You evolve visual identity across product marketing and business channels.
• You collaborate with content strategists fellow communication designers and art directors to build and maintain visual brand excellence for various design needs to ensure a consistent integrated brand perception and customer experience.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills. You are able to clearly articulate design decisions to key stakeholders art directors and team members.
  
  

What would you work on

• Create captivating product launch and explainer videos that effectively communicate complex concepts and features in a visually appealing manner. Proficient in using software such as Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere or Da Vinci Resolve.
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos demonstrating proficiency in handling all shooting equipment understanding light and shadow and ensuring optimal video production quality. (Youtube content social media Testimonial Q&A)
• Develop small gifs and creative videos for social media platforms to engage our target audience and enhance our brand presence.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the design team on motion design projects ensuring consistent quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Take ownership of projects requiring minimal supervision and take them from concept to completion within established timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing product and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content that aligns with the brand vision.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends tools and techniques in motion design and share knowledge with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
