The School District of ClaytonsKid Zoneis seeking paraprofessionalstowork with elementary students with special education needsduring theschool year. ClaytonKid Zoneis the Districtsbefore and after school child care program. Theparaprofessionalswill be responsibleforthe supervision of the students and providing a safe environment as well as planning activities and experiencesforthe Kid Zone program. Experience working in special education is desired but not required.
The successful candidate will:
Part Time: 3 - 20 hours per week.
Education: Training and/or experience in supervision of students is desirable.
Experience: Experience working with children is preferred; experience working in special education is preferred.
Compensation: District provides its staff with competitive pay.

FLSA:Non-Exempt.
Work Calendar:10 month position part-time Monday - Friday. Program hours are 6:45 - 8:30 a.m. and 3:00-6:00 p.m.
Additional Hours: Full-day Kid Zone Programs staff meetings professional development.
