What Youll Do

Respond quickly to emergency situations (water fire mold etc.)
Perform hands-on restoration work including water extraction demolition and set up of drying or specialty equipment
Load inventory and maintain vehicles tools and materials for each job
Communicate clearly with team members and customers providing updates and reassurance during difficult times
Follow safety procedures and maintain job site organization
Deliver top-quality work and take pride in getting the job done right

Requirements

Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts (evenings weekends holidays)
Previous experience in restoration construction or related trades preferred
IICRC certification a plus (training opportunities available!)

Physical Demands & Competencies

Lift 50 lbs regularly occasionally up to 100 lbs (with help)
Comfortable working on ladders at heights or in tight spaces (attics crawl spaces)
Ability to push pull lift and carry heavy materials repeatedly
Comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and restoration materials
