Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is growing and were looking for a passionate skilled Billing/Denials Management Specialist to join our outstanding team at our corporate headquarters. Youll be an essential part of our revenue cycle operations ensuring accurate billing effective denial resolution and ongoing support for our therapy services across physical occupational and speech therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
As our Billing Specialist youll take ownership of billing and denial management processes helping ensure reimbursement accuracy claim resolution and overall billing efficiency. Your day will include but is not limited to:
Preparing and submitting accurate claims for therapy services
Handling insurance verification and denial follow-ups
Resolving billing-related inquiries from payers patients and families
Reconciling patient accounts and processing payments
Collaborating with clinical and admin teams to ensure billing documentation is complete
Creating reports to help leadership monitor billing performance and trends
Delivering excellent customer service to everyone you interact with

Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced training on billing/denials management required
