Job Summary
KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Finance Officer to work for a successful and growing SME in Middlesbrough. This is a perfect opportunity for a hands on detail orientated individual. While this is a stand-alone role you must be comfortable working closely with and reporting into the Operations Manager. Main duties will include:
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Prepare supporting reports to measure control and monitor performance
- Produce monthly and YTD budget vs actual summaries
- Prepare annual accounts to trail balance
- Manage the general ledger - journals accruals prepayments fixed assets and stock
- Credit control
- Manage the purchase and sales ledger
- Prepare and process supplier payments
- Reconcile banks and credit card
- Prepare and pay VAT returns
- Manage petty cash
