What You Will Do
As a Senior Software Engineer you will work closely with leadership (Engineering Manager Product Manager Product Designer) and collaborate with Sales Marketing and Operations teams. You will be expected to:
- Design and deliver growth-driven features:
- Acquisition (B2B website new regions expansion).
- Conversion (free premium in-product upgrades).
- Efficiency (automation dashboards internal tools AI for internal users).
- Drive engineering best practices: quality testing documentation observability (Datadog) and production monitoring.
- Shape technical strategy crafting architectural proposals with achitects and aligning engineering roadmaps with Growth & GTM objectives.
- Scale our GTM systems: automate Sales & Ops workflows build self-serve activation experiences and integrate with third-party tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to turn business insights into impactful technical solutions.
Who You Are
Must-haves:
- 8 years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript React API development.
- Experience with complex systems: microservices CI/CD (GitHub Actions) Docker and aws environments.
- Proven collaboration with Product Design and Go-to-Market teams.
- Product-first mindset: ability to empathize with customers and link technical choices to business impact.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
Bonus Points:
- Experience in B2B SaaS / Growth Engineering.
- Knowledge of RabbitMQ PostgreSQL OpenSearch AWS Glue Salesforce.
- Experience building high-availability systems and observability.
- Track record of driving PLG/PLS strategies or building Sales/GTM enablement tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered features.
