About the Role
Aestec Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join our team overseeing works on one of our clients industrial sites. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day activities coordinate teams and ensure high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate plumbing teams on-site
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring safety quality and productivity targets are met
- Liaise with clients site representatives and management to ensure smooth delivery of works
- Plan and allocate resources effectively including labour tools and materials
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards procedures and site requirements
- Provide leadership mentoring and support to trades and apprentices
About You
- Trade qualification in Plumbing (with current QBCC licence highly regarded)
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leading hand role within an industrial or construction environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate teams and manage priorities under pressure
- Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement
- White Card and current drivers licence required
