Job Summary

This is a full time position.
THIS POSITION IS SEVEN DAYS A WEEK 6 HOUR SHIFTS. MUST HAVE PRIOR LANDSCAPING EXPERIENCE.
Hours: 6AM-12PM(Noon)
The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the companys properties. The Porter is responsible for ensuring that outdoor spaces are free from litter debris and broken branches. Additionally the Porter may be called upon to perform light maintenance tasks such as trimming.
Essential Functions:
Perform regular property walks to identify and pick up trash litter and debris
Safely dispose of collected waste in designated bins or areas
Remove and properly dispose of broken branches leaves and other natural debris
Assist with light landscaping maintenance tasks such as trimming or clearing pathways as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace including storage areas for tools and equipment
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate supervisor
Adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety protocols
Qualifications
Experience required:
-1 year of similar experience as a Porter or landscape or irrigation work is preferred
-Valid Drivers License
