What Youll Do:

Training and Development: Dive into our in-depth 12-week training program designed to teach you the ropes of recruitment and how to excel in your role.

Candidate Engagement: Interact with potential candidates from various job platforms reviewing applications and identifying talent.

Interview Coordination: Schedule phone interviews with candidates and our recruiting team gaining hands-on experience in how the recruitment process works.

Phone Interviews: Conduct engaging phone interviews with candidates where youll put your communication skills to the test and help us find the right talent for our team.
