Job Summary
What youll do:
- Manage LinkedIn and internal platforms ensuring efficient operation and support for learning and development.
- Support training budget & reports track numbers and turn them into insights.
- Organize surveys trainings & events from planning to implementation.
- Participate in induction days meet new colleagues and contribute to their first experience.
- Gain exposure to Talent Management & Development projects learn grow & make an impact.
Qualifications :
- Final-year Bachelor or first-year Master student in Economics or related fields
- Organized proactive & detail-oriented
- Comfortable with data reports & digital platforms
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- English intermediate/advanced
