Were looking for a sharp entrepreneurial Associate with strong M&A execution skills and fluency in AI tools. This is a high-impact roleideal for someone who thrives in dynamic settings values ownership and wants to shape how AI is used across our global workflows.

What Youll Do

Lead workstreams across live mandates: financial analysis modeling due diligence materials preparation and investor outreach.
Interface directly with founders CEOs and global investors.
Take the lead in deploying and training AI tools across the firm including:
- Prompt engineering and workflow automation
- AI-assisted research and document generation
- Internal training and documentation
Build and iterate internal processes that improve speed accuracy and scale.
Contribute to firm strategy internal initiatives and thought leadership.

What Were Looking For

35 years of experience in investment banking M&A advisory private equity or strategy consulting.
Strong technical and communication skills you can own client deliverables independently.
Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Claude Notion AI Microsoft Copilot Excel plugins etc.) and a strong interest in operationalizing them.
Comfortable training others and leading AI-related initiatives.
High attention to detail structured thinking and a proactive mindset.
Full professional fluency in English; other European languages a plus.
