About the Role:
As a Service Advisor at Continental Cars BMW Wellington you will be the key liaison between our customers and the service team. You will ensure that customer service and repair needs are met with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency. Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing customer requirements for service and repair in a courteous and efficient manner
Organising workshop scheduling and ensuring maximum efficiency
Conducting customer follow-ups and prospecting to build and maintain workshop business
Accurately preparing and costing customer invoices in line with Group standards
To succeed in this role you will need:
Recent experience in a workshop Service Advisor role - were open to brand along with:
Exceptional time management organisational and communication skills
Strong computer literacy and experience with in-house systems
A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a proactive approach to customer outreach
High attention to detail with administrative and filing tasks
A clean full drivers license
A willingness to continuously learn and grow within the company
