Job Description

Customer Service Executive Factory Automation (m/f/d)

Role Purpose:

  • Responsible for handling customer quotations orders and product shipments
  • Timely response to customer enquiries and forwarding requests to the appropriate department in the company
  • Responsible for general affairs in Osaka office such as Facility maintenance and Inventory management

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer requests are handled timely (e.g. purchase orders goods delivery cases follow up etc.) by coordinating with sales marketing and engineering team
  • Support sales team on business-related processes (guarantee letter application contract stamping customer master data maintenance applications local material data maintenance applications
  • Setting up customer code and relevant information customer entry into Siebel
  • Generating quotation confirming customer orders preparing packing documents
  • Logistics control and shipment arrangement
  • Customer service tasks such as notification customer complaint management and following up on issues
  • Support sales for internal communication and status update
  • Set up process to work smart and efficient
  • Office administration

Role Requirements:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Business/marketing foreign language or similar
  • Good English communication skill especially in speaking and writing
  • 1 year of sales assistant or customer service experience is preferred
  • MS Office skills i.e. Outlook and Excel in particular
  • Service-oriented personality with an excellent eye for details
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
