About the Role
Sportsbetis looking for a Payments & Fraud Specialistto help keep our customers safe and ensure smooth secure payment operations as we thisimportant roleyoullbe on the frontlines of fraud prevention detection and responsewhile managing essential payment processes that deliver a top-notch customer experience.
Youllwork across rotating shifts (including weekends) and join a collaborative team focused on keeping our systems secure and our customers protected.
About You

You thrive in fast-paced highly regulated environments and are motivated by protecting customers and ensuring their transactions are seamless and secure. Whetheritsmonitoringpayments investigating suspicious activity or collaborating with stakeholders across the businessyoureproactive adaptable and driven to deliver results.
You bring a customer-first mindset and enjoy working as part of a collaborative using data to guide decisions confident in juggling multiple priorities and always looking for ways to improve all youtake pride in safeguarding the integrity of our operations while having a bit of fun along the way.
Key Requirements
Experience in payments fraud prevention or the gambling industry ideally within a regulated environment such as financial services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using fraud detection or paymentmonitoringtools. Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
A strong commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience while ensuring compliance and minimising risk.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal teams such as Customer Operations AML Compliance and Safer Gambling.
Tertiary qualifications in business commerce fraud or financial crime are essential.
