Job Summary
Minimum Qualifications
Doctoral degree in Business Administration Management Healthcare Management or Leadership (or ABD with earned doctorate by the date of hire). Two or more years of teaching excellence at the baccalaureate level covering a broad range of foundational and upper-level business courses. Two or more years of professional experience in business and demonstrated understanding of contemporary business practices and trends. Ability to teach on campus throughout the academic year. Experience delivering high-quality curriculum to traditional and non-traditional learners in classroom settings hybrid and online (synchronous and asynchronous) delivery modes. Deep commitment to diversity equity and inclusion in education ensuring that all students have equitable access to resources support and opportunities. Demonstrated a commitment to understanding and addressing students diverse backgrounds and needs. Track record of being highly adaptable and willing to take on diverse responsibilities in dynamic complex environments effectively managing challenges and driving initiatives to successful completion. Demonstrated leadership qualities including decision-making problem-solving and effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience overseeing accreditation processes and standards particularly with ACBSP or business discipline specific accreditation. Experience in Academic leadership roles such as a Program Director or Department Chair. Two or more years of experience working in the healthcare industry. Experience leading academic and administrative initiatives that require navigating institutional structures policies and procedures within a university setting. Industry network and connections. We seek creative adaptable staff who enjoy working in a university climate that promotes cultural diversity multicultural understanding and cultural fluency.
