    About the Position

    As a Compliance Auditor you will play a critical role in supporting Sectras governance risk and compliance (GRC) program. You will assist in conducting internal audits testing controls reviewing policies and helping ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career (25 years) with a background in audits or complianceideally with a technical degree or baseline knowledgewho wants to grow in a mission-driven organization that is making a meaningful impact in healthcare technology.

    In this role you will:

    • Support internal audits and assist with external audit coordination (ISO SOC 2 HIPAA etc.).
    • Perform compliance testing of internal controls documenting results and gaps.
    • Review and help update policies procedures and compliance documentation.
    • Assist in risk assessments and remediation tracking.
    • Monitor compliance-related activities across business units to ensure consistency.
    • Partner with technical and business teams to understand processes and evaluate compliance with security and regulatory standards.
    • Contribute to reporting dashboards and audit evidence gathering.
    • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
    • Travel as required (national and international up to 25%).
