THE EXPERTISE WERE LOOKING FOR
Coursework in a quantitative / technical field such as engineering economics statistics computer science operations research data science or analytics.
Exposure and working ability with to some programming / database querying tools (R Python SQL etc) and data visualization tools (Tableau PowerBI)
Familiarity with the tools methods and techniques to wrangle and use structured and unstructured data
Passion for knowledge continuous learning and tackling multi-disciplinary projects through participation in hackathons Kaggle competition and similar efforts.
THE PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE
During your co-op you will employ your developing analytical skills on an agile inter-disciplinary team in the Personal Investing business at Fidelity. You will learn to analyze customer behavior at every touch point (web mobile IoT phone branch etc) tied to customer attributes/preferences and customer outcomes.
