What is the jobâ
Were looking for a Customer Relations Specialist TEMP to join our this role youll be the first point of contact for our patrons who reach out through email phone or social media.
Youll work closely with theatre managers IT Marketing and other teams to resolve issues provide support and ensure every guest feels heard and valued. This is a role where youll have the chance to combine excellent communication skills with problem-solving and collaboration.
