What will you be doing

• Supporting bothoutbound & inbound recruitment strategiesalongside management.
• Conductingdirect candidate sourcingvia LinkedIn Xing GitHub and Google X-Ray.
• Screening candidates to assess their fit for various roles.
• Managinginterview scheduling and logisticswith Project & Client Managers.
• Advising oncandidate trends and market insightsto optimize recruitment strategies.
• Takingownership of the candidate experience ensuring a seamless hiring process.
• Supporting HR and culture activities.
• Learning froman experienced teamand contributing to Avominds growth.
