Location:Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid)
Status:Full-Time and Contract opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder meetings and translate them into actionable insights
- Document critical information from discussions and maintain clear structured records.
- Evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Translate business logic into technical requirements and workflows
- Develop and implement solutions that align with business goals and technical feasibility
- Analyze data models to support logical and scalable system designs
- Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership
- Lead and manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and obtain sign-off from stakeholders
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Source-to-Target mappings
Qualifications Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or a related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
- Familiarity with Python is a plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and process optimization
