Location:Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid)

Status:Full-Time and Contract opportunities

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder meetings and translate them into actionable insights
Document critical information from discussions and maintain clear structured records.
Evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Translate business logic into technical requirements and workflows
Develop and implement solutions that align with business goals and technical feasibility
Analyze data models to support logical and scalable system designs
Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership
Lead and manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and obtain sign-off from stakeholders
Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Source-to-Target mappings

Qualifications Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or a related field
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
Familiarity with Python is a plus
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and process optimization
