MACHINE OPERATOR 2nd Shift
We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Machine Operator on 2nd Shift who can join our team and hit the ground running.

We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Machine Operator on 2nd Shift who can join our team and hit the ground running.
- 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday: 3pm - 11:30pm. Starting Rate: $20.90 per hour (includes 10% shift differential).Must be able to train on 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm) for the first4-6 weeks.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up and operate various cutting forming grinding and/or polishing machines
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to make periodic inspections to ensure parts meet customer specifications
- Work closely with engineering to conduct engineering tests assist in new product development and troubleshoot process problems
- Follow all established safety rules and regulations and utilize required safety equipment.
- Read and interpret routing sheets and blueprints to determine required operations and other product specifications
- other similar duties as directed.
Our ideal candidate will be goal oriented focused and patient positively handling and addressing challenges and possess the following experience and talents:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Solid track record of stable work history
- 1 years of related machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments specificallycalipers and micrometers
- Ability to read drawings / blueprints
- English language competency (speaking comprehension reading and writing) commensuratewith the duties
- Visual acuity to prints/plans and product details as well as machine details
- Physical ability to lift move and carry various weights up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks and 9-panel drug test.
- Reliable vehicle required to work set schedule and travel between Incom locations.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Requires standing for long periods and lifting items as needed.
- Use of safety equipment is mandatory.
