Schedule: Monday - Friday 10 AM - 7 PM
The Position: The job will be a combination of front desk customer service light housekeeping and organizing/ distributing office mail. Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from existing clients
Assisting lawyers and paralegals in day-to-day activities
Organizing mail and scanning documents
Preparing correspondence
Delivering superior client service over the phone and in person
Qualifications:
Proficient computer and administrative skills (Microsoft Office products)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness and ability to interact with clients adjusters and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
Spanish-speaking proficiency
Energetic outgoing and collaborative demeanor
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of law firm experience preferably working on personal injury cases.
Total Compensation Package:
Hourly/Salary to competitively match the entry-level to mid-level experience needed for the position
