Thompson Law is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist for our Dallas Office.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 10 AM - 7 PM
The Position:

Thompson Law is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist for our Dallas Office.

The Position:
The job will be a combination of front desk customer service light housekeeping and organizing/ distributing office mail.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from existing clients
- Assisting lawyers and paralegals in day-to-day activities
- Organizing mail and scanning documents
- Preparing correspondence
- Delivering superior client service over the phone and in person
Qualifications:
- Proficient computer and administrative skills (Microsoft Office products)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to interact with clients adjusters and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
- Spanish-speaking proficiency
- Energetic outgoing and collaborative demeanor
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of law firm experience preferably working on personal injury cases.
Total Compensation Package:
- Hourly/Salary to competitively match the entry-level to mid-level experience needed for the position
- Excellent Bonus structure paid annually
