As the In-Home Care Director at the Korean Womens Association you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our nonprofit homecare services across Washington State. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive statewide growth strategy while strengthening operations through standardized systems using WellSky for scheduling compliance and reporting. You will also ensure quality and compliance by overseeing audits and regulatory monitoring to maintain the highest standards of care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Coaching and mentoring a team of professionals will be essential as you work to cultivate a high-performance culture within the organization. Additionally you will represent KWA as a trusted partner with DSHS Area Agencies on Aging and community stakeholders driving both strategic growth and operational excellence.

To be successful as the In-Home Care Director at the Korean Womens Association candidates must possess a robust skill set that aligns with the demands of this pivotal role. A minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in homecare healthcare or social services is essential particularly in managing multi-site teams and driving workforce growth. Strong compliance and contract management experience will be necessary to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Familiarity with WellSky or similar homecare software is required to streamline operations effectively. Experience in unionized environments is strongly preferred as it will aid in navigating complex workforce dynamics.
A Bachelors degree is mandatory with a Masters degree preferred; however candidates with significant progressive experience may be considered based on a combination of education and experience.
