About the Role

We are looking for an inspiring delivery-oriented Tribe Lead to drive one of key digital channels and lead digital transformation within our Group Digital Capabilities team.
This role sits at the crossroads of technology strategy and leadership ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity have the ability to simplify complexity and can turn visionary thinking into impactful directions.

As Tribe Lead you will lead cross-functional squads that define deliver and maintain critical and high-impact digital solutions. Youll interconnect clients with Euroclear through systems allowing secure efficient and real time message or file exchanges called Straight-through processing (STP). You will collaborate with different stakeholders to shape the future of the digital channels.

Your Responsibilities

Leadership

• Set the vision and drive the delivery of critical digital solutions while ensuring production stability.
• Promote a culture of quality agility and continuous improvement.

Client & Commercial Impact

• Engage with different commercial teams ensuring that technology direction is aligned with changing business priorities.
• Support business in standardization and client engagements.

Technology & Ecosystem Strategy

• Ensure scalable secure standard and future-proof solutions in collaboration with architects and engineers.
• Ensure clear direction of journey from technology perspective to simplify standardize and allow modernization of current systems

Delivery Agility & Production

• Promote best engineering practices while ensuring production stability and availability.
• Apply agile methodologies and lean principles to lead high-performing teams in complex fast-evolving environments.
• Be comfortable navigating complex ecosystems interconnecting multiple business lines with different priorities.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships across business and technology teams aligning priorities and expectations.

Talent Development & Leadership

• Lead mentor and grow multidisciplinary squads inspiring collaboration accountability and resilience.
• Create an inclusive engaging environment that attracts and retains top talent.

STRATEGIC CHALLENGES (Next 1236 Months)

• Delivery
  • Delivery of Euroclear UK & International digital channels modernization program (Euroclear Flagship)
  • Modernization or replacement of the main communication hub
  • Continue Modernization and standardization of core digital solutions supporting the Cloud movement while ensuring stability of production critical services
  • Contribution to the major company projects (flagships) including data center modernization or IDAM.
• People & culture
  • Partner transition for the tribe following group decision while ensuring quality delivery and production support.
  • Embed the new company values in the different tribe teams and individuals

What You Bring

• 15 years of experience in digital transformation technology delivery or consultingpreferably in financial services.
• Proven delivery of digital & critical products and services using modern and scalable technology
• Change Leadership: Drives transformation raises performance standards. Experienced in cloud-native delivery outsourcing and fintech collaboration. Exposure to AI is a plus.
• Industry & Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of post-trade securities. Skilled in cloud-ready service-oriented and event-driven architectures.
• Strategic Thinking: Long-term vision prioritization and creativity. Strong grasp of market and technology trends including FMI..
