Our client is within the healthcare / medical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations in the Operating Theatre (OT) & Daycare.
- Supervise and support OT & Daycare nurses to ensure safe and smooth procedures.
- Oversee OT & Daycare scheduling case coordination and staff assignment.
- Uphold high standards of infection control and patient safety.
- Work closely with consultants anesthetists and clinical teams.
- Mentor coach and develop nursing staff.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid APC.
- At least 2 years of managing Operating Theatre experience including leadership exposure.
- Strong clinical knowledge and calm decision-making under pressure.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Passionate about womens health and surgical excellence.
- Female proficiency in Mandarin
