Drainage Groundworkers

Were currently looking forDrainage Operatives to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects. If youre skilled proactive and ready to contribute to a dynamic workforce we want to hear from you.

Essential Role Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card

• Strong experience in drainage (internal and external) ensuring safe and level areas are created for setting up site drainage systems

• Competent in external works including slabs kerbs and edgings

• Able to dig footings and concrete

• Skilled in banking and working with 360 Machines and Dumpers

• Confident in reading and understanding levels and drawings

• Competent in carrying out daily pre-start plant safety inspections/maintenance checks and reporting requirements to site management (Dumpers/Rollers)

• Experienced working around live services and applying safe service avoidance techniques

• Proactive and able to manage time effectively

Desirable:

• Additional CPCS/NPORS* tickets (Telehandlers Dumpers Rollers)

• 5 years experience in drainage or groundwork roles

• Experienced working as part of gangs/teams (highly desirable for this role)

General Expectations:

• Reliable punctual and committed

• Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site

• Supports programme delivery and project deadlines

• Right to work in the UK
