Are you ready to make an impact

West Monroe is seeking a commercially orientedDirector or Partnerto join ourTechnology & Experience Practice with a focus onAccount Growth & Advisory. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial client-focused leader who excels at connecting the dots between our technology services and client needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen paired with a business-minded approach to expand client relationships and drive revenue growth.

In this position you will focus onfarming opportunitieswithin existing accounts expanding our scope of work by identifying and solving client challenges. While you collaborate with delivery teams your primary responsibility will be to grow client relationships develop account strategies and ensure alignment between client needs and West Monroes technology solutions. You will be incentivized to focus on industry / functional collaboration at the account level identifying sales and ensuring successful delivery. You will ensure value creation is identified and tracked while maintaining strong trusted partnerships with the client throughout.

Key Responsibilities

As a Leader you will deliver value in the following areas:

Client Development & Commercial Growth

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients deeply understanding their business challenges and aligning West Monroes technology services to deliver solutions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts focusing on farming rather than net-new acquisition.
  • Build and execute account strategies to deepen relationships and drive revenue growth across targeted clients.
  • Act as a connector between client needs and West Monroes full suite of technology offerings ensuring seamless integration of services.
  • Sales credit would include team practice goal as well as personal contribution goal for each account.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success while maintaining a strategic focus on account growth.
  • Collaborate with other leaders across West Monroe to identify cross-practice opportunities and deliver holistic solutions to clients.
  • Mentor and develop team members fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and client-centricity.

Technical Acumen & Thought Leadership

  • Leverage strong technical expertise to understand complex client environments and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Stay informed on emerging technology trends and their implications for our clients industries.
  • Represent West Monroe as a thought leader in the marketplace contributing to white papers speaking engagements and other forums.

Operational Excellence

  • Meet or exceed revenue growth targets for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure alignment with West Monroes strategic goals and priorities.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities by proactively identifying client needs and connecting them to our services.

Qualifications

  • Experience:12 years of professional experience including a blend of technology consulting and client relationship management. Industry depth preferred.
  • Technical Acumen:Strong understanding of technology strategy architecture and solutions with the ability to speak fluently about technical concepts.
  • Commercial Orientation:Proven track record of expanding client relationships and driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Leadership:Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Communication:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Education:Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (e.g. MBA) preferred but not required.

Based on pay transparency guidelines a reasonable expectation for the salary range for this role is listed below. Information on our competitive total rewards package including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography experience skills education and internal equity. Employees in proximity of our Seattle Washington DC Los Angeles New York and San Francisco offices will have a geographic premium applied to this salary scale.

Employees (and their families) are covered by medical dental vision and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our companys 401k plan purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
