By joining Emerson as a Learning and Development Coordinator you will have a substantial role in driving progress and making an impact in educational programs.
Based in Cluj-Napoca Romania as Learning & Leadership Development Coordinator Europe (1-year temporary role) you will be responsible for organizing impactful learning initiatives across the region.
From managing the logistics of flagship programs like the Europe Business Academy to facilitating interactive workshops you will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous development.
In this role you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure each learning experience is seamless engaging and aligned with our business priorities

In this role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Europe Business Academy Event Coordination
Lead the end-to-end event coordination of the Europe Business Academysessions ensuring a smooth engaging and professional learning experience for all participants and speakers.
Develop and maintain cohorts timelines communication plans and program calendars including logistics such as hotel accommodations travel arrangements and on-site coordination to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned
Secure facilitators venues learning materials and technical support in collaboration with both internal and external partners.
Promote the program across the region and support participant application and selection processes.
Partner with Finance to manage invoicing and vendor payments and monitor program budgets to ensure accurate financial tracking.
Content Facilitation
Deliver engaging sessions during Europe Business Academy workshops and other learning events.
Facilitate Lets Lead and Lets Learn Learning Labs ensuring high energy participation and relevance to audience needs.
Adapt facilitation styles to effectively engage both in-person and virtual learners.
Serve as a learning ambassadorchampioning growth development and curiosity throughout the organization.
Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement
Build strong partnerships with learners HR and program speakers to align learning solutions with business needs.
Manage relationships with external training vendors from onboarding and contracting to ongoing service delivery and quality assurance.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Collect and analyze participant feedback and program data to evaluate impact.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance learner engagement content relevance and delivery effectiveness
