About the Role

If you are eager to combine you background in lending with finance program management and people skills whilst working for an organisation that is making a real difference to the lives of people in rural and regional NSW this could be the role for you!The NSW Rural Assistance Authority (RAA) is looking for a Senior Program Officer Loan Finalisation and Recoveries to join their high-performing team.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the planning delivery and oversight of financial assistance programs
  • Manage loan portfolios repayments and arrears with fairness and care
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Guide and motivate a dedicated team to deliver results under tight timeframes.
