Sales Support SpecialistJob Description
As a Sales Support Specialist youll be responsible for support our commercial operations by preparing and managing customer quotes coordinating approvals and ensuring seamless order processing.
Your role:
Youll be responsible for preparing quotes for private customers and distributors based on Key Account Managers requests.
Youll work closely with internal functions to gather and validate information coordinate quote approvals using dedicated tools and support order placement activities.
This role offers opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in the implementation of new procedures and tools.

Youre the right fit if:
You have a Bachelors degree (BA)
You bring 2 years of experience in sales or customer service preferably in the medical devices industry.
You possess strong communication presentation and proactive problem-solving skills.
Youre quick to learn new concepts and processes and thrive in a dynamic collaborative environment.

For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This role is an office role.
