Job Description:

• The candidate in question will assume a pivotal position as Technical Team Lead orchestrating technical workstreams that span multiple projects teams and external vendors.
• This cross-functional coordination is fundamental in Companys philosophy where agility and alignment are key to realizing complex digital initiatives.
• Companys management systems are designed not only to meet regulatory standards but also to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• With extensive experience in management systems the candidate will leverage a deep understanding of both the functional and technical aspects critical to Companys activities.
• This includes knowledge of processes governing safety environment operational integrity and digital transformationa holistic approach that underpins the companys commitment to responsible energy production.
• As Product Responsible the candidate will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring that requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Reporting to the Technical Project Manager in TDI EDT ES SSUS CF they will navigate complex organizational structures typical of global energy enterprises balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders while maintaining a strategic vision
• Core Competencies and Tools
• Business Analysis & Management Systems: Drawing on experience as a business analyst the candidate will interpret and align business needs with system capabilities ensuring that the DMS supports Companys operational frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Technical Mastery: Expertise with platforms such as Azure DevOps Aris (for process modeling) and Docmap (document management) is essential for driving digitalization and process automation.
• Familiarity with Servicenow Github and Power BI further supports integration incident management and data visualization.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Strong capacity for teamwork and independent problem-solving.
• Experience in bringing together multidisciplinary teamsincluding IT operational and external consultantsto deliver unified solutions.

• Extensive experience with management systems
• Functional and technical understanding preferably with a background as a business analyst
• High work capacity and the ability to collaborate both in teams and independently
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps Aris Polarion and Docmap
• Experience with other systems such as ServiceNow Github and Power BI is an advantage
