Cover Supervisor

Start date: As soon as possible

Actual starting salary: 22357.48 (this does not include any cost of living increase awarded by the Government for 2025/26)
Hours: 36 hours per week Term Time Only (39 weeks per year)

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support students across both of our campuses ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. This includes maintaining a positive and focused learning environment and managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

Our standards are high and we need someone who can be a team player and flexible when supporting other colleagues with the ability to remain resilient calm and professional under pressure.

Were looking for an individual who:

• Has experience in a UK based classroom role including classroom organisation and management supporting the planning and delivery of the curriculum implementing behaviour and learning strategies
• Has the Ability to undertake a range of teaching activities with confidence working effectively with individual pupils groups of pupils and whole classes
• Has a robust awareness of keeping children safe noticing safeguarding and welfare concerns and you understand how and when to take appropriate action
