Drives all aspects of DT project program and portfolio activity including collaborating and coordinating across all DT and business segments. Defines and continuously refines project value proposition scope work plan resource needs timeline and budget for DT projects. Ensures not only delivery on time and within budget but also realization of intended business and human-centered value outcomes. Keeps teams and leadership updated on project status risk factors and measurable value delivery. Provides guidance in project management change adoption and human/organizational psychology to maximize outcomes.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Organize manage and lead cross-functional business and technology teams (e.g. ERP web network security cloud automation database) ensuring both execution excellence and alignment to value realization objectives.
  • Mentor project teams and stakeholders on Project Management Office (PMO) process and on the Value Realization Office (VRO) framework for measuring and achieving value.
  • Create and communicate project status reports and value realization scorecards to stakeholders clearly linking deliverables to business outcomes and human impact.
  • Actively analyze stakeholder expectations and develop tailored influence and adoption strategies based on organizational psychology and behavioral insights.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure strategic initiatives deliver tangible value to the enterprise and support organizational transformation.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and incorporate retrospectives that measure not only delivery success but also stakeholder adoption engagement and realized value.
  • Develop methods for capturing and reporting on intangible benefits (e.g. employee engagement reduced friction customer satisfaction) alongside financial ROI.
  • Contribute to evolving best practices that integrate traditional PMO structure with the emerging Value Realization Office model.
  • Ability to connect technical solutions to core business functions (i.e. digital manufacturing finance HR ecommerce ERP and more) however anticipating limitations risk and impacts to the enterprise for assigned projects.
  • Integrate human-centered change practices psychological safety principles and behavioral adoption strategies into project execution to drive stakeholder engagement and successful outcomes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree with five (5) or more years of experience in project/program management or in a related area.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile Scrum scheduling PMBOK and financial forecasting.
  • Strong communication active listening critical thinking time management relationship building organization adaptability motivation leadership negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience applying behavioral science change psychology or organizational development principles in project settings.
  • Ability to measure articulate and report on both quantitative and qualitative value realization.

Pay Range:

$102800.00 - $176800.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range individual pay is determined by various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates experience education and skills as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
