Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information order issues and technical problems.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate more complex issues when needed.
  • Provide clear helpful solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluency in German (C2 level) and good English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts from Monday to Friday including bank holidays.
  • Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.
