Job Summary

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the SAP Project Systems workstream within SAP S/4HANA projects ensuring successful end-to-end implementation and integration.
Design and configure SAP PS functionalities including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) Networks Milestone Billing and Resource-Related Billing.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with modules such as FI CO MM SD and PLM.
Conduct workshops to capture client requirements perform FIT-GAP analysis and develop functional specifications.
Oversee the development and enhancement of WRICEF (Workflow Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements and Forms) objects in collaboration with technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

10 to 13 years of SAP experience with a focus on SAP Project Systems and at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
Strong expertise in SAP PS configuration including Cost Planning Budgeting and Project Execution.
Experience in integration with other SAP modules such as FM HR and PP.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
Experience with the latest SAP S/4HANA innovations in project systems is a plus.

Certifications:

SAP Certified Application Associate Project Systems.
Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP Prince2) Mandatory.

Educational Background

Bachelors or Masters degree in Project Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
