Job Description
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of SAP Project Systems implementation projects ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
- Configure SAP PS functionalities including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) Network Activities Milestone Billing and Cost Planning to support diverse project needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration with other SAP modules such as FI CO MM and SD.
- Participate in client workshops to gather and analyze requirements perform FIT-GAP analysis and assist in developing functional specifications.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of WRICEF (Workflow Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements and Forms) objects in collaboration with technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7 to10 years of experience in SAP with a focus on SAP Project Systems and involvement in at least 1 full-cycle SAP implementation.
- Solid understanding of SAP PS configuration including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) Network Activities Project Scheduling and Resource Management.
- Experience in integration with other SAP modules such as FI CO MM and SD.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and basic knowledge of Agile principles.
- Experience with the latest SAP S/4HANA enhancements in project systems is advantageous.
Certifications:
- SAP Certified Application Associate Project Systems (Preferred).
- Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP Prince2) (Desirable).
Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration Engineering or a related discipline.
