Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce integrations and preferred experience with Workday. This role will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining robust integration solutions that connect critical enterprise applications ensuring scalability reliability and performance.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Design develop and deploy APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions.

• Optimize and monitor existing MuleSoft integrations for performance and scalability.

• Develop reusable APIs connectors and frameworks to support enterprise-wide integration needs.

• Ensure integrations adhere to security compliance and governance standards.

• Provide technical leadership mentorship and best practices guidance to junior developers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production and non-production environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce administrators Workday specialists and other enterprise system owners.

What You Bring to the Position:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API-led connectivity RAML DataWeave flows connectors).

• Proven experience in Salesforce integration projects (REST/SOAP APIs bulk APIs streaming APIs).

• Strong background in API design microservices architecture and integration best practices.

• Proficiency in Java XML JSON and integration patterns.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MuleSoft deployment strategies (CloudHub Runtime Fabric or On-Premise).

• Knowledge of security frameworks (OAuth SAML JWT SSL/TLS).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Workday HCM/Finance modules with MuleSoft.

• MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1/2) or Integration Architect certification.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Compensation

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between PHP 105000 and PHP 172500 monthly. DTN is a pay for performance organization which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors including but not limited to: prior work experience training/education transferable skills business needs internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
