Experience:
Minimum 3-4 yrs. of total experience.
Minimum 3-4 yrs. of experience in ServiceNow as an admin or developer
Worked on ITSM module in ServiceNow
Experience in following Core Process Areas: Incident Problem Change Service Catalog/Request
Prerequisite:
ServiceNow administration experience
ITIL knowledge
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Good written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Work on Requests Incidents and enhancements for ServiceNow
Handle troubleshooting tickets in ServiceNow
Design implement test and deploy business rules/flows etc.
Technical knowledge of client scripts UI pages/actions/policies ACLs SLAs and notifications
Create and use update sets to move changes between ServiceNow instances.
Design and maintain a highly available and recoverable environment.
Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current
Share technical knowledge with the team.
You will be required to work with process owners and other stakeholders.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in computer science/IT or relevant work experience
Shift timing :
Evening shift - 5pm - 2am IST
