What Youll Do:
Assist Customers: Handle incoming inquiries via phone email chat and automated alerts ensuring efficient and effective responses.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions in our call management system adhering to agreed SLAs for timely resolutions.
Stay Updated: Keep your knowledge fresh on our products and services tailored to individual customer needs.
Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate potential service issues to senior team members when necessary.
Collaborate: Work with your team on special projects and provide coverage for colleagues as needed.
Administrative Tasks: Manage holiday sickness and overtime records while participating in regular team meetings.
What Were Looking For:
Language Skills: C2/ fluent in German both verbal and written with a good level of English (minimum B2).
Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience preferably in technical support.
Technical Knowledge: Advanced understanding of signal path connectivity wireless networking and music/audiovisual products.
Customer Focus: Strong aptitude for customer service with excellent listening skills and the ability to address customer needs.
Problem-Solving: Ability to take ownership of customer calls progressing them to resolution or escalating when needed.
