Required Education:Bachelors Degree AND
24 months experience in proposal submission and/or research administration.
Equivalent/Substitution: Will accept 48 months experience in proposal submissions and/or research administration in lieu of the Bachelors Degree for a total of 72 months experience.

We are currently building world-class institutes for the treatment of diabetes and cancer. We are looking for a Sr. Contract/Grant Coordinator to join our team. This position coordinates and manages a special program (Sooner SUCCESS program based on the OUHSC campus) for the University.
Duties
Meeting Attendance: Establishes and maintains or organize or conduct meetings. Develop meeting agendas and notes. Attends monthly coalition meetings. Attends or visits various events or meetings that involve obtaining support for the program keeping abreast of current issues related to children with special needs.
Activity Coordination:Provides resource and referral information to families and providers. Disseminates project information to potential local stakeholders. Documents dissemination activities. Coordinates activities with institutions counselors students and professionals to facilitate proper functioning of the program. Assist with statewide events to support family caregivers.
Direction:Provides direction or support for the statewide Respite and maintains a listing of current respite resources to be shared
Communication.Interfaces with family members local service providers and other key stakeholders. Electronically submits data on respite service coordination activities and community contacts into a data base.
Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities as they develop to improve respite services.
Technical Support:Assist with respite service coordination for individual children/families follows-up with all referrals. Gathers information and contacts families promptly. Documents respite service coordination activities. Provides technical support for the program by performing varying tasks as deemed necessary by the current situation.
As Needed: Performs various tasks as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
