Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage transportation construction projects from start to finish.
Lead and coordinate construction staff and subconsultants to maximize efficiency and project success.
Support business development efforts project pursuits and client engagement.
Develop and implement quality control safety plans and project schedules.
Prepare reports conduct progress meetings and monitor staff performance.
Ensure all work complies with applicable standards codes and project specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
Minimum of 15 years experience in construction management with agencies such as IDOT Tollway CDOT counties or municipalities.
Strong knowledge of transportation construction processes standards and quality regulations.
Proficient in business and engineering software applications.
Excellent leadership team management communication and project management skills.
